For restaurants & food venues · GTA + Hamilton

Your best-ever day
is about to lose its record.

One signature item. One story worth filming. One offer with a clock. The 30-day sprint behind the viral-venue wave — run for your restaurant, measured against the one number you already know by heart.

20 minutes. We bring the trend research for your cuisine — you bring your best-ever day.

Three parts. All required.

Venues that go viral and stay busy get all three right at once. Two out of three doubles a quiet week; three breaks records.

01

A signature item worth pointing a camera at

Not a new flavour — a new form. A feed transmits shape, colour, physics and the eating ritual; it cannot transmit taste. We find the item for your cuisine that a stranger clocks from a muted thumbnail, using what's already going viral for venues like yours elsewhere in the world and missing locally.

02

The make-of story — flops included

The highest-performing venue videos aren't founder speeches. They're the recipe getting built: the flat batches, the hollow centres, the week it took. We script it beat-by-beat from your real attempts; you film it on your phone in one visit.

03

An offer with a clock

Views don't fill tables — a reason to come TONIGHT does. A time gate, a bring-a-friend, a challenge with stakes. Named on screen, redeemed at the counter, counted on paper.

The test we hold every idea to: can a stranger tell it's different from a thumbnail, at a glance, with the sound off? If not, it doesn't ship.

Where the case studies will go

Two GTA restaurants are inside the 30-day window right now — a halal grill in Scarborough and a peri-peri house in Binbrook. Their before-numbers are already on file: best-ever day, counter tallies taped by the register. When day 30 closes, the numbers land here, whichever way they fall.

Until then we won’t show you borrowed screenshots. If a page you visited this week did — ask them whose numbers those were.

The 30-day rule — in the contract

The venue this model is famous for hit its record weekend two weeks after filming wrapped — queues out the door, out of butter by Sunday. If they’d judged it on day 3 they’d have cancelled a winner. So the window is a term we both sign: nobody calls it before day 30, and on day 30 we read the tally sheets together.

Straight answers

Do I have to be on camera?

Your food carries the videos; your hands and your kitchen do most of the talking. If you'll say eight honest lines about how the item came to be — including what went wrong — that's the whole performance.

Who films it?

The Playbook tier: you do, on your phone, from a shot list that takes one service to capture. We Edit: you still film (your kitchen, your hands), and we cut everything — hooks, captions, posting calendar included.

Why 30 days? Can I judge it in a week?

No — and that's contractual, not cosmetic. Venue content compounds: the case this model is famous for hit its record two weeks AFTER filming stopped. Judging on day 3 kills winners, so we don't let either of us do it.

What happens on the call?

Twenty minutes. You bring your best-ever sales day — the number. We bring the trend research for your cuisine and tell you what your signature item would be. If it isn't a fit, you leave with the idea anyway.

Bring the number. We’ll bring the item.

Twenty minutes, one question: what was your best day ever — and what would it take to beat it on a Tuesday?
